How do I change my trade or jurisdiction?

Go to Settings and tap on your Trade or State to update your selection. Your future queries will use the new jurisdiction context.

How many free queries do I get?

Free accounts get 5 AI code queries per month. Trade calculators are always free with no limits. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited queries.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > TradeSpec AI > Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Are the AI responses always accurate?

TradeSpec AI is a reference tool, not an Authority Having Jurisdiction. While we strive for accuracy, always verify code requirements with your local building department and the adopted code edition before installation.

Which building codes are supported?

We support IPC (International Plumbing Code), UPC (Uniform Plumbing Code), IMC (International Mechanical Code), and UMC (Uniform Mechanical Code). Jurisdiction-specific editions are matched to your selected state.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Your Pro subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Sign Out. To request complete deletion of your data, email support@tradespecai.com.
